Festo or third parties have property rights to thiselectronic documentation, which Festo makes available on portable data media as well ason the Internet and/or intranet, always referred to hereinafter as “electronicdocumentation”. If third parties have full or partial rights to this electronicdocumentation, Festo has corresponding rights of use.Festo allows access to and use by the user under the following conditions:1. Scope of usea) The user of the electronic documentation is authorised to use it exclusively for internalpurposes and within the scope of the machine and system documentation of the user.b) With the exception of the Festo logo, the user is entitled to use images and texts fromthe electronic documentation to create in-house machine and system documentation. Theuse of the Festo logo requires the written approval from Festo. The user is responsible forensuring that the images and text used match the machine/system or the product.c) The user is obliged to seek clarification with Festo in the event of any ambiguityregarding the content of the electronic documentation.2. Copyright noticeEvery “electronic document” contains a copyright notice. The notice must be included inevery copy and every printout as well as with the user’s own machine and systemdocumentation.3. Transfer of authorisation to useThe user can transfer the user’s right of use as a whole to a third party to the extent andwith the restrictions of the conditions according to clauses 1 and 2. The third party mustbe expressly informed of these terms of use
